Dr. Gelber accepts most insurance plans in his practice, as well as Medicare and, on a case by case basis, will work with Workman Compensation.  If insurance is used as a payment method, there may be a deductible and/or co-pay which is the responsibility of the patient.  Please review your policy prior to accepting the insurance as a payment method.  As the patient, you are responsible for therapy fees and insurance coverage is a responsibility between yourself and your insurance company.
